good for him! and for you :)

thomas is the master of our vacuum, too. he actually likes that household chore, so more power to him. i'll gladly clean the toilets if he's up for helping by doing the things he doesn't mind doing.

happy friday!

We've had hardwoods for years now... I haven't had to drag out the vacuum in awhile. I don't know if the darn thing still works.
I'll have to find out soon since our new house has carpet.

First of all, we have the same vacuum. Second, my husband wouldn't even know where the power button was. Don't let that one get away!

Forgot to comment the other day, but I do occasionally keep up with your blog... I usually have to go back a few weeks b/c I don't visit it often enough.

Okay, so onto my comment... I laughed when I read your blog title tonight b/c I had just gone on facebook to publically thank my husband for watching the baby all day (I helped, but he did all the real watching while I was busy packing for our move!) and doing the dishes. God bless our precious guys! Oh yeah, my favorite drink (right now) is McDonald's caramel iced coffee. Have a great evening and Sunday!

Thanks for your comment on my "political" blog post. I didn't post it to be hateful or divisive, I posted it because I felt like it's worth sharing how I feel, for whatever it's worth. It's unfortunate that there is so much hatred when it comes to politics, and unfortunately I'm just as guilty as the next guy. I was surprised I didn't get more comments looking for discussion or sharing of opinions, but I think that goes to show I have waaay different opinions that most of my bloggy friends. Which is fine!

As for the soup, I haven't been making much lately, mainly because it's so friggin hot in Texas lately. As fall sets in, however...I think the soups will be coming out in full force!
