Cake Mix Cookies

I'm not a huge fan of cake. I know, I know. Who doesn't like cake?!

However, the following recipe, which uses cake mix, makes some delicious cookies.
I can get on board with that. It's super easy too. Give it a try and get creative!

Cake Mix Cookies
1 cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil or butter (I used oil)
(any add-ins you want)

Preheat your oven to 350.
Mix ingredients.
Shape dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Cook for about 9 minutes. (The are done before they start to brown.)

I used a funfetti mix to make some tasty sugar cookies. You can use pretty much any cake mix you want and add in extras, if you so desire. For example, use a chocolate cake mix and add in some shredded coconut. Yum!

Ooh we used to make the funfetti cake cookies in college all the time! You put the frosting on when they are still hot - yummy!

How fun! I've heard of this before. I love homemade cookies, but in my experience most recipes are kind of hit or miss. I'll have to give this a try.
