Well of Course Hindsight is 20/20

I was pretty concerned that this baby would be born on Sam's birthday. So much so that we had Sam's birthday party two weeks early.

His birthday was 19 days ago.

19.

According to my perfect hindsight, that was com-puh-letly unnecessary.

Better to be ready on the front end. Once #3 gets here, things will be crazy for a while, as you know. We are praying for safe and healthy -- even though it isn't always convenient. :)

The question is, is he so late at this point that you actually WISH he had been born on Sam's birthday??

Lol (I think) I don't know whether I'd be laughing or crying about that thot right now if I were you.
Abby and my oldest son, Cameron were born on the same day-June
6th. I did not want them to have the same birthday. I thought Abby's would at least be on June
5th when I went into labor, but she would NOT come out until the wee hours of June 6th. Now that they're older, I suppose it's kind of amusing, but at the time I was upset! 365 days a year, 4 kids and two had to be born on the same day!

i have kids that have birthdays five days apart. i rather them be born on the same day. it's hard to gear up and get excited to do another birthday less than a week later. although, i DO like cake...

okay, baby...come out now! jokes up. haha...we've all had a good laugh about the irony. we get it. you're a funny guy. now show your beautiful face!!!

With our #3 being due 3 days before Eli's b'day, I've got the "same birthday" fear as well. I guess one silver lining for your's being this late is that it will give a little more of a buffer b/t the birthdays. Worth it? Probably not :).

I was convinced you were at the hospital since it's been a whole 4 days since your last post! I have no idea how you stay so patient!!
